When you retain CHD Home Designs for the design of your new home, you receive a complete set of construction ready working documents, including:

Many of our clients choose to frame an artistic rendering of their plans once their home is constructed.
Additional plan copies, artistic renderings, and professional home photos are available upon request for additional fees.
