We work with Builders, Homeowners, Realtors, Interior Designers, and Contractors seeking to construct tract or custom homes, remodels, home additions, barns, and any other residential structures. Where We Serve
CHD has been blessed to see our home designs being used throughout the United States. While hundreds of our home designs have been built in Colorado (including Larkspur, Castle Pines, Denver, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Monument, Vail and the I-70 corridor etc), we also have clients with projects in California, Montana, Missouri and Minnesota to name a few. Technology gives us all the ability to communicate from anywhere in the world. There are virtually no limits to where we can go, and we encourage anyone living outside Colorado to give us the opportunity to show you just what we mean!

Chris works extremely hard to nurture the trust and confidence of every builder he works with. As a former Framer, he understands what information simply cannot be missing on the working plans.
