This client came to us with a country club lot on a hill with views up and down the front range and the golf course. The challenge with the lot was the building site wasn’t very big and it sloped down on two sides. Most importantly, they wanted an open floor plan that would showcase their spectacular views from as many rooms as possible. Each space needed to be charming and intimate so they could enjoy their surroundings with family and friends. The outdoor living space was just as important to enjoy in the views their lot had to offer. With some creative thinking and a lot of site visits we were able to achieve these goals.
