The builder came to us with this unique lot and several goals in mind. Most importantly, they wanted an open floor plan that would showcase their surrounding views and blend the house into the community. With this open concept we wanted to also create cozy and intimate areas that would be inviting and be open enough to entertaining guests. We were able to achieve this by using the natural topography of the land and creative placement of the required rooms. With the design of the house we used different plate heights and depth to give the house great curb appeal. This provided us opportunities to produced multiple areas with views and access to entertain guests.
