This client came to us with a lot with a unique opportunity to capture the views of the front range and several goals in mind. Most importantly, they wanted an open floor plan and create an area that would showcase their spectacular views. Instead of placing the Recreation room, wet bar and other amenities in the basement we placed them on the second floor with a covered deck that would be an extension of this entertaining area. The views were spectacular! They also wanted an outdoor living area off the main level that could be intimate, cozy and private that would allow them to enjoy their surroundings with family and friends. While having an open floor plan we wanted to keep each space charming and inviting.
