This builder came to us with several goals in mind. Most importantly, they wanted an open floor plan with cozy and intimate areas that would be inviting. They wanted privacy for the homeowners from the surrounding roads and homes, while ensuring that their views of their surroundings were not compromised. We were able to achieve these goals and incorporate some cozy outdoor living spaces too.
