This builder came to us with several goals in mind. Most importantly, they wanted an open floor plan with cozy and intimate areas that would be inviting. They wanted privacy for the homeowners from the surrounding roads and homes, while ensuring that their home did not obstruct their neighbor’s views in the process. We were able to achieve spectacular views and cozy outdoor living spaces too.
