The homeowner wanted an open floor plan while keeping each space charming and intimate. Because of the owner’s budget and the price range of they were trying to keep it under we had to be creative with our layout, but still give the homeowner above what they would expect in house of this scale. We also wanted to take advantage of the views this lot had to offer from as many rooms as possible. So, we made sure to locate the house on the lot to take full advantage of the outdoor spaces and maximize their views.
