The owner wanted an open floor plan while keeping each space charming and intimate. Most importantly, they wanted an open floor plan that would showcase their spectacular views from as many rooms as possible. Our open layout gave the homeowner above what they would expect in house of this scale. We also wanted to take advantage of the outdoors spaces and views year-round. So, we made sure to locate the house on the lot to take advantage of the deck, patio and covered porch to maximize their views.
